6 oz. Dairy Crest® White Stiltoncheese with Tangy Lemon
1 btl. Italian sparkling water or tonic 6 large chocolate biscottifresh raspberries, mint sprigs& candied lemon peels forgarnish, optional
Preparation:
Fill a large pitcher halfway with the wine, then add peaches and mint. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Remove and reserve peaches. Add ice cubes to fill the pitcher and a few to each serving glass. Fill each glass about 2/3 full and top with sparkling water or tonic.
Cut cheese into 12 cubes, and serve each glass of wine with four peach slices, two cheese cubes and a biscotti. Garnish with raspberries, mint sprigs & candied lemon peels, if desired.
