As Le Gruyére AOP slowly matures for over 5 months in the cave-like atmosphere of our cellars, each wheel is delicately turned, lightly brined and brushed. This brings out the inimitable flavor featuring notes of candied walnuts, dried fruit and spice.
This nutty cheese is gluten free, RBST free, and non-GMO.
Salty and nutty
Gruyère is a perfect pairing with fruits, crackers, pecans, bread and mustard. An aged Gruyère can be eaten on its own, if you enjoy its complex nutty flavor.
