Montegrino Aged Truffle/ Porcini
This cheese has all the same intensity and sharpness of provolone cheese, mixed with that of truffle and porcini aged for 30 days. “Porcini” is the Italian word for an earthy, nutty mushroom, which makes this cheese a bit more mild than most other provolone combinations.
The Truffle/ Prorcini has an incredibly smooth texture, mixed with the waxiness of the added cranberries.
